The Flooding in Dili Capital of Timor Leste

Hi my name is julieta I am from east timor but I live in portugal, today I see the latest timor east  news media sources are reporting The hall city was flooding across dili following havy rainfall over the past fiew days.the flood related death toll has risen to 11 death and hundreds of families have being affected throught out various part of the city many streams haf reportly overflowed.
